How It Works

1. Complete joint lamination or adhesive bonding
2. Wrap heating blanket in a single layer (no overlap)
3. Secure using spring buckle or snap-stud system
4. Connect to or TB Future T30
5. Set required curing temperature
6. Monitor via neon indicators or digital display

7. Allow controlled cure cycle to complete

Safety & Handling 

Safety Highlights

• Do not overlap blankets during operation
• Do not touch blanket during or immediately after curing
• Avoid use in wet or damp conditions
• Allow minimum 30 minutes cooling before handling

• Cold-tab handles on M1 ensure safer adjustment during heating
